• The Akashic Records are similar to documentation of your souls journeys through multiple incarnations and between lifetimes.
• The Akashic Records exist for each and every living thing and contain all thoughts, words and deeds (acted upon or not).
• Akashic Records contains information regarding your Soul Blueprint (what  you CHOOSE to work on in a physical incarnation).
• There is no right/wrong way to access the records and there is no better way to access them either.  It is a matter of personal preference and energetic vibration that will reveal the best way for YOU to work with your Akashic Records.
• Every person has the divine right to access and interact with their own records.  Accessing or working with the records of other people is not to be taken lightly and should only be done so with expressed permission.
• The Akashic Records should be entered with integrity, purpose and clear intention.  They are not a place to play or just browse, but to be treated with deep respect.
• Insights from the Akashic Records can assist a person in connecting with their individual energies for healing, understanding and to manifest their life purpose.
